Sorry to burst your bubble, but owls cannot turn their heads 360 degrees. They can only turn them 270 degrees which is quite far. Owls eyes do not move in the socket like ours do so they must turn their whole head to see on the sides and behind them. It sure looks like they can turn them 360 degrees though.
